JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Provide administrative support to Construction Administrative Department (CAD) Managers and others as needed. Assist in preparing written materials, including correspondences, reports and submittal packages. Assist with the collection, review, monitoring of status and organisation of Department of Construction Administrative (CAD). Prepare and distribute routine reports and attend to other needed administrative tasks. Attend Tender meetings, take and distribute minutes as needed Requirements A degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering. Previous experience in Civil Engineering or Construction field Ability to coordinate and maintain files and correspondences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. No prior knowledge of Japanese proficiency required, but good to have for the ease of communicating with Japanese superior. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
