Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Site Supervisor (Solar Installation) to oversee and manage solar PV installation projects across various sites in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to ensure smooth execution of solar projects, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for solar PV installations.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, workers and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, safety standards, and project timeline.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
Liaise with project engineers, clients, workers and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and incident reports if necessary.
Ensure proper installation and commissioning of solar systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and practices at the job site.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or solar PV installation projects.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and electrical work.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local safety regulations and site procedures.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions for prolonged time.
