Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing and maintaining administrative documents and reports.
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in databases.
  • Handling mail, filing, and maintaining office filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Preparing contract, issue invoice and shipping documents
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any task that are assigned.
