Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Trainer

Responsibilities

1. Identify training needs and schedule training sessions.

2. Prepare training curriculum and learning materials

3. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and lectures.

4. Routine maintenance of training equipment to ensure they are functional.

5. Carry out review assessment of learners.

6. Provide training reports, including collation and analysis of training feedbacks.

7. Ensure and enforce safe distancing measures.

8. Perform other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1. Min. 5 years post registration experience as registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower with at least 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment(ACTA trained), or

2. Self-motivated and is able to work independently with strong work ethics.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with good working attitude.

5. Have good experience in LTA Projects.
