About this Position
What you´ll do
Develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy, driving supply chain excellence to achieve cost efficiency and high customer service levels.
Implement global supply chain policies and procedures, and lead the S&OP process to ensure production supply aligns with sales and customer demand.
Lead the customer service, supply planning, and logistics transformation project for the region, including the implementation of digital tools.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer service, improving order fulfillment, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee end-to-end logistics and transportation operations, ensuring cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance.
Align regional supply plans with various manufacturing sites and procurement teams to enhance supply responsiveness.
Collaborate with production sites, other AO function teams, and the global AO team to ensure the best organizational structure and talent are in place.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team in the region, ensuring integrity, diversity, and a feedback-driven culture.
Serve as a key member of the APAC AO leadership team and represent APAC within the global SCM leadership team.
What makes you a good fit
10 years of industry expertise, MNC and supply chain management background preferred
Master degree with major in supply chain management, Business Administration, or industrial engineering
Leading large size of supply chain teams experience
Capability of dealing with complex business requirement and organization needs
Experience of working with global organization and different culture
Strong strategic skills with the ability to balance short-term and long-term goals, while focusing on the big picture and driving strategic change
Exceptional execution skills, a pragmatic approach, a "make it happen" attitude, and a high level of energy and drive
Excellent collaboration skills in building trust and fostering relationships across global and regional teams, with effective communication and constructive feedback
Effective leadership skills in alignment with Henkel’s Leadership Commitment, embracing diversity, and leading high-performance teams
Language: Fluent English is must. Other languages are preferred
