Front End Engineer / UI-UX Designer (Contract-to-Perm | Quantum/Blockchain Startup)

Quantum Chain is hiring a Front End Engineer / UI-UX Designer to help design and deliver the next generation of blockchain-powered financial applications. This is a full-time freelance contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role, designed for a high-potential individual looking to grow within a cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across multiple innovative products, working closely with leadership and technical teams to build sleek, functional, and secure interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop front-end interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Translate design concepts into high-quality, responsive code
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to implement features and improvements
• Maintain and evolve UI/UX design systems and component libraries
• Help optimize apps for performance, accessibility, and user engagement
• Contribute to the wider Quantum Chain ecosystem's product launches and updates

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of front-end development and/or UI-UX design experience
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js etc
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• High attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Basic familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech applications (or willingness to learn)
• Self-starter mindset – proactive and adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Independent contractor/freelancer with right-to-work in Singapore

Compensation & Perks:

• Monthly contractor fee: S$2000-S$3,000 SGD/month (must invoice monthly)

• Experience building Web3, fintech, or digital asset applications

• Your own laptop/hardware
