Job Posting for SAFETY COORDINATOR CUM SUPERVISOR at HOCK ANN METAL SCAFFOLDING PTE. LTD.

Oversee compliance with WSH regulations and environmental control standards to create a safe working environment
Conduct thorough disk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigating measure to minize potential hazards
Prepare, review and update MSRA ensuring all documents are ready for submissions to clients
Conduct safety briefing, toolbox meeting and document daily safety checklists to monitor ongoing safety adherence
Supervise on site operations to ensure safety and operational protocols are strictly followed
Monitor workers performance to ensure productivity and quality and maintain safety standards
Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports and corrective actions
Coordinate with operations team to address safety and operational concerns

At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator and in supervisory roles
Possess a Certificate in WSH (Workplace Safety and Health), Manage Work at Height, Bizsafe Level 2 and Scaffold Supervisor Certificate
Strong ability to manage and supervise team effectively
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem solving and decision making skills, with a sense of ownership and responsibility
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external customers
Class 3 driving licence and preferably own vehicle
