We are an expanding organisation in the Wholesale Trade & Minimart Industry, and we are looking for a dynamic person who is willing to be hands-on during the learning process, and be part of the core team. Job Description: To provide administrative, marketing, and finance support to the Head of Operations.
To prepare spreadsheets, tables, analyses in presentation decks for internal and external reporting.
To attend meetings alongside the Head of Operations, taking detailed notes, capturing action items and summarizing key points.
To accompany on Site Visits on the different businesses.
Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations and other team members, ensuring communication and timely follow-up on tasks.
Other duties as assigned by the Director & Head of Operations. Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
Have relevant experience in being a People-Person & a Problem-Solver.
Have some experiences in being Jack of all Trades: Finance, Admin, Operations, Marketing
Proficient in Xero Accounting will have an added advantage.
Class 3 Licence will have an added advantage.
