🌐 Option to Extend: The Authority may extend the contract for an additional 1-year period (01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027). This extension is at the Authority's discretion, and any services rendered during the extended period will be subject to the same terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed.

🕛 Working Hours

Morning Shift

📅 Days: Mondays to Fridays

🕒 Time: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

Afternoon Shift

📅 Days: Mondays to Fridays

🕒 Time: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

📄 Scope of Services

The Required Services Include

• 🚪 Opening and closing of school premises as per the schedule.
• 🧹 Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.
• 🎉 Providing logistical support for school events and activities.
• 🪑 Setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• 🖥️ Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials.
• 📝 Performing any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Qualification, Skills & Experience

• ✅ At least 3 years of relevant experience as operations support staff or in a similar role.
• ✅ Preferably experience in a similar work environment (e.g., educational institutions, corporate offices).
• ✅ Medically fit and able to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
• ✅ Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
