Are you a friendly and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity in a dynamic retail environment? We are hiring a Front Desk / Receptionist, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. This role welcomes applicants of all ages, including seniors.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement – Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
Language Support – Communicate in English and Mandarin / Malay / Tamil to cater to a diverse customer base.
Stock Management – Assist with stocktaking and inventory tracking.
Payment Handling – Process transactions and manage basic cashier duties.
Comfortable with Digital platforms: Google Drive, Gmail, Whatsapp, and social media platforms for Scheduling and Data Entry
General Inquiries – Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and approachable personality with good communication skills.
Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin / Malay / Tamil) preferred.
Basic computer skills for handling transactions and Admin tasks (training provided if needed).
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn computing skills.
Open to seniors who enjoy interacting with people.
