· Hands-on experience on identifying a suitable candidate for a role

· Honing your communication skills from interacting with job applicants

· Gaining knowledge on Singapore’s Employment Act through posting of appropriate job ads on various platforms

Job description:

· Posting of job advertisements to source for suitable candidates

· Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates to be surfaced to clients

· Provide HR administrative support on the onboarding and off-boarding of candidates

· Liaise and coordinate with candidates on work arrangements

· Work towards achieving Key Performance Targets in a fast paced environment
