Job Description

As a Temporary Recruitment and Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and operational processes, including:

• Posting job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates to present to clients.
• Assisting with mass recruitment drives to meet high-volume hiring needs.
• Providing HR administrative support, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Liaising and coordinating work arrangements with candidates.
• Supporting recruitment-related project management tasks to streamline workflows.
• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet Key Performance Targets.
