[What the role is]
Provide management support to the Group Director of Health Products Regulation Group including project management and co-ordination, administration of IT systems, events management, assistance in policy drafting and provision of administrative support.
[What you will be working on]
Support the Group corporate and strategic planning process including tracking and reporting of the Group’s performance
Carry out administration related duties as assigned including secretariat support for management meetings, records management and logistics support for events and functions when necessary
Support the management of IT projects including administration of IT systems
Provide support in regulatory policy and guidelines development and implementation and work on specific projects as assigned
[What we are looking for]
Possess knowledge in biomedical sciences that are relevant to healthcare would be an advantage
Possess 2-3 years of working experience preferably in public sector in a regulatory role or on healthcare administration.
Well-versed in project management and digital skills
Good writing and communication skills.
Ability to work with team members and multi-task yet work independently.
