PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for the planning, supervision and monitoring of work progress at project site

· Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

· Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety standards and client's requirement.

· Take site measurement and issue work order

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing

· Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients

· Ensure smooth site progress

Requirements:-

· Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience

· Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

· Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline

· A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
