At Hudson, we’re partnering exclusively with a global consumer goods company to appoint a Regional Finance Director for its APAC operations, based in Singapore. This brand is highly respected in its category, with a vertically integrated business model spanning manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale, and retail.

This is a key regional leadership role for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and is confident leading finance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function across APAC: FP&A, financial reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, and audit
• Act as a business partner to regional and functional leaders across retail, wholesale, and production
• Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with IFRS and global standards
• Support inventory and cost control strategies, particularly in relation to manufacturing and logistics
• Drive continuous improvement through finance transformation and process optimisation
• Manage, develop, and inspire a regional finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with regional leadership roles in the consumer goods space
• Strong exposure to end-to-end value chains—manufacturing, supply chain, and omni-channel sales
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment and influence senior stakeholders
• Recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills
• Experience collaborating with European HQs is highly regarded
