Civil Engineer (Building)

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements
• Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors
• Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor’s drawings and other submittals
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc
• Conduct inspection with RE / RTO
• Liaise with Consultants / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant site experience in architectural finishes work for building projects
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Familiar with Planning Software(s) such as Primavera and MS Project
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in construction of building projects with architectural finishes works
• Location : Punggol (Near MRT)
• Project : Sports Centre
