Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and F&B sectors
• Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and excellent service
• Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored pest management proposals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate closely with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activities
• Keep updated with industry trends and compliance requirements (SFA/NEA)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Customer-first mindset
• Possess own transport (preferred)
• Familiarity with SFA/NEA compliance standards is a plus
