Consultant - SAP S / 4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

Primary Purpose and Job Scope

• Collaborate with a team of SAP specialists to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Public Edition across various customer projects.
• Provide functional and business knowledge to support solution configuration and implementation.
• Support presales activities by delivering S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations.

Key Accountabilities

Solution Configuration & Implementation

• Recommend and implement optimal S/4HANA Cloud solutions based on project requirements.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Ensure timely and efficient S/4HANA Cloud implementation, meeting project milestones.
• Proactively identify, document, and address potential risks and challenges, escalating as necessary.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Engage with customer stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Report progress to the project team lead or manager.

Sales Support & Presales Activities

• Support the sales team in delivering impactful S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations.

Professional Development & Continuous Learning

• Obtain and maintain required S/4HANA Cloud consultant certifications,as needed.
• Stay current with the latest S/4HANA Cloud developments, features, and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements (must have)

• Hands-on experience with implementing SAP Finance (FICO) modules in S/4HANA Cloud projects in a consulting capacity within a professional services environment.
• Background in finance with a strong understanding of finance-related business processes in industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, distribution, or construction.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage leadership and key stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and adapt to changing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with a strong English proficiency; additional language skills are advantageous.

Additional Requirements (good to have)

• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP or other cloud ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of business processes in other industries.
