Requirement

  • Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or any related study
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in TSM.
  • Knowledge on at least 1 to 2 of the following: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server on Windows & UNIX TSM Server and Client Options, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Database (Oracle, DB2, SQL)

Responsibilities

  • Good level product knowledge for IBM Spectrum Protect solutions and competitive solutions
  • Perform billable services engagements, including installation/implementation of IBM Spectrum Protect
  • Conduct Technical Training and educate Operations Team on IBM Spectrum Protect solutions and storage management
