Project Coordinator / PMO officer (Banking)

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator / PMO officer in Singapore to support our client which is a top Global Investment Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Support the department through the change request process
• Coordinate for SLT (Senior Leadership Team) reports for projects
• Collate and submit change requests to respective team leaders for approvals
• Consolidate change request SLT applications
• Manage project funding and raise PO if required
• Handle the tracking of business management contract expiry dates and followup with renewals
