Join Our Team as a Sales Consultant!

Are you passionate about jewelry and customer service? One of the largest bridal jewelry specialty stores from Japan, with over 130 stores worldwide, is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Singapore!

Working Location: Central, Singapore (Orchard / Suntec)

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break). Must be available on weekends and public holidays. Shifts vary:

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Shift 3: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays)

Compensation Package:

• Basic Salary Monthly Commission Quarterly Commission Individual Commission

Additional Benefits:

• AWS: 1 month (pro-rated for less than 12 months of service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a confident and enthusiastic sales approach
• Show a strong interest in startups and personal business skill growth
• Utilize "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality strategies) in sales
• Manage daily operations and inventory
• Prepare for and participate in wedding events and expos
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Preferable experience in Hospitality, Service, or Sales Industry
• Candidates without prior experience but with an interest in jewelry and customer service are encouraged to apply
• Positive mindset, persistence, and teamwork
• Effective listening and customer-oriented approach ("more EQ than IQ")
• Attentive to customer needs with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to build a brand and expand stores in the future
• Open to trying new things and taking on challenges
