Operations Manager (Production Certification / Lab Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of certification projects and maintain high productivity in certification and lab operations
• Oversee certification engineering and lab teams: hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and team development
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvements
• Drive process improvement initiatives and align them with company goals
• Ensure proper training, resource planning, and workload distribution
• Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations across teams
• Advise on staffing and capital needs
• Promote company values and ensure adherence to health and safety policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
