Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Manage day-to-day duty (Rooms/Calls & Transportation service)

To be culturally sensitive

To deliver work ethically & with integrity

To adhere to all SOPs while performing assigned tasks

To be able to respond to requests for information, services and assistance in a timely manner.

To work seamlessly as a team and communicate at all times (Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills)

Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence

Reservation Supervisor will carry out a short daily / weekly meeting to provide latest updates to the team.

To familiarize with the room layouts and good knowledge of the facilities available in the room. To assist to arrange chauffeur service from UBS preferred vendor.
