• Monitor, evaluate and monitor the performance of the contract through detailed data analysis, performance reporting, KPI & SLA management and continuous improvement.
• Unified Insights from Data Hubs: Consolidate and analyze data from various sources , Develop integrated dashboards for comprehensive performance visibility, Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights
• KPI Tracking, Reporting & Analysis: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators , Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement, Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
• Third Party Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on third-party vendor performance, Develop and maintain vendor scorecards
• Preparing comprehensive performance reports across APAC to provide insights, emphasising areas that require further attention to drive continuous improvement.
• Risk Tracking & Action Planning: Identify and track operational and compliance risks, Develop action plans for risk mitigation, Monitor progress of risk mitigation efforts
