Performance and Automation Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Analyze user requirements to determine how to translate into business functionality test cases
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Test to ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Analyze test results and report findings to the development team
• Identify and document software and hardware defects
• Collaborate with software developers to resolve issues, make recommendations to existing job infrastructure
• Create and manage bug tracking systems and documentation for tracking
• Collaborate effectively across teams
• Recommend and verify fixes
• Conduct regression testing.
• Perform load and performance testing on systems.
• Review and provide feedback on software requirements and design documents.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input from a testing perspective.
• Maintain test environments and databases.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in developing and testing apps
• • Experience in Application programming
  • Experience in Database management
  • Experience in Computer architecture
  • Experience in Load testing tools
  • Experience in Automation testing tools
• Experience in using bug tracking software such as JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of network protocols and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate and articulate effectively in both technical and layman terms
• Able to work with minimal supervision
