Quantity Surveyor / Junior and Senior

• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Location: Novena Area
• Work Days: 5.5 Work Week, 8am – 6pm; 8am-12noon
• Salary: $3000 – $5000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
• Conduct RFQ and perform cost comparison
• Review subcontractor’s progress claim and issue payment certificate.
• Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection.
• Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager.
• Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
• Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.)
• Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in Civil / LTA Project underground project
• Familiar with Autocad 2D / 3D
• Fluent in English (Written / Spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
