Job Description Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members Maintain accurate records and databases for easy retrieval of information Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance Support event planning and logistics for company activities Act as a point of contact for visitor inquiries and requests Contribute to process improvements to enhance office efficiency Gain exposure to various aspects of the business through cross-department collaboration Requirements Minimum Diploma and above Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools Ability to handle confidential information with discretion EA Reg.
