Job Descriptions
Installation, testing, and commissioning of 38kV up to 400kV.
Require sufficient knowledge of high voltage and safe operation of HV equipment.
Competent in electrical works; trouble-shoot during equipment installation and maintenance.
A clear understanding of the primary assembly, secondary wiring, and test of HV equipment as well as protection system of Power substation, including but not limited to Mechanical Interlocking, Electrical interlocking, Pressure Release Devices.
Follow-up when needed during the tender clarification stage and project execution.
Conduct site survey and feedback to the manufacturer when necessary. Coordinate with project team and manufacturer for discrepancies issues.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience for GIS Primary Assembly, Factory Test, Site Installation, and Supervision for HV up to 400kV.
Preferably with experience in substation GIS projects.
Must be able to converse with English & Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Willing to travel overseas for assignment/training.
