Hotel Dishwasher

Job Description

• Ensure that all glassware, crockeries, cutleries are cleaned properly.
• Responsible for dry mopping the whole Kitchen daily.
• Wash the Kitchen and fridges twice a week.
• Clean all Kitchen walls daily.
• Report to Chef on breakdown of dishwashing machine or whenever there is a low par of chemicals that requires top-up of chemical detergent.
• Ensure that all plates, cutleries and glassware are rinsed clean before placing them into the dishwashing machine for cleaning.
