Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant (ID8224)

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8AM - 5PM

Salary: $2200-$2600

Job Description

  • Handle all incoming calls, transfer, take down and pass message to relevant

department

  • Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing,

courier etc)

  • Renew and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permit and certification
  • Liaise with vendors on the renewal, purchase, maintenance and other enquiries of

equipment, machinery, devices and assets

  • Raise PO in SAP system

Requirement

  • At least 1 years hr or admin working experience
