Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
Translate business needs into HR initiatives and ensure alignment with global/regional HR strategy.
Collaborate with functional leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans.
Support talent acquisition efforts in partnership with the TA team.
Lead onboarding and integration for new hires.
Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on effective feedback and development planning.
Identify and implement learning and development opportunities to close capability gaps.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.
Conduct regular pulse checks and contribute to employee engagement strategies.
Support compensation and benefits processes, annual reviews, and reward planning.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for payroll, HRIS, C&B, and L&D initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or client-facing HR role.
Prior experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
