Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
  • Translate business needs into HR initiatives and ensure alignment with global/regional HR strategy.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts in partnership with the TA team.
  • Lead onboarding and integration for new hires.
  • Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on effective feedback and development planning.
  • Identify and implement learning and development opportunities to close capability gaps.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and contribute to employee engagement strategies.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes, annual reviews, and reward planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for payroll, HRIS, C&B, and L&D initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or client-facing HR role.
  • Prior experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
