You perform the role of a Human Resource (HR) business partner to the relevant stakeholders in the department(s), providing strategic advice and support to department stakeholders while managing employee career development.
What You Will Be Working On
Advise on HR matters, such as deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management
Guide employee career progression
Manage compensation and benefits
Handle retention and exit processes
Analyse data for workforce planning
Support restructuring initiatives

Balancing departmental needs with organisational objectives while handling complex HR cases professionally and efficiently
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of HR management experience is preferred
