What The Role Is

You monitor and analyse the information landscape to evaluate the effectiveness of the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) communications efforts and identify potential issues that could impact the RSN's reputation.

What You Will Be Working On

• Monitor the RSN's communications products
• Analyse the media landscape in collaboration with MINDEF partners
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the RSN's communications efforts
• Identify potential issues that could impact the RSN's reputation
• Recognise and swiftly respond to negative sentiments and developing situations
• Counter misinformation or misleading information

• Identifying potential problem areas in a complex information landscape
• Staying informed on the latest developments in the rapidly evolving media environment
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Mass Communications, Data Science, or Data Analytics
• At least 5 years of working experience in the media industry or expertise in media analysis and public relations is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency in a second language
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills for media and data interpretation
