What The Role Is
You conduct research and horizon-scanning to formulate MINDEF/SAF's Human Resource (HR) digital and data transformation strategy, aiming to uplift the HR domain to be future-ready and digitally competent in achieving MINDEF/SAF's HR strategic outcomes of attracting and developing a committed and capable workforce.
What You Will Be Working On
Conduct research and horizon-scanning for HR digital and data transformation
Formulate strategies to make the HR domain future-ready and digitally competent
Engage and work closely with stakeholders within and beyond the HR domain
Address a wide range of topics (e.g., digital strategy, digitalisation concepts, change management)
Contribute to achieving MINDEF/SAF's HR strategic outcomes of attracting and developing a committed and capable workforce
Challenge(s)
Keeping abreast of external HR technology developments and MINDEF/SAF's new requirements
Exercising sensitivity in stakeholder engagements
Handling ambiguity due to the complex nature of issues
Demonstrating good time management in a high-tempo and dynamic operating environment
What We Are Looking For
Education in Human Resource, Analytics, Information Systems, Information Resource Management or a related field
Prior work experience in research, HR/HR IT, portfolio management, and enterprise strategic planning is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills
