Responsibilities

• Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
• Update and maintain proper records of existing employees information.
• Managing on-boarding & off-boarding processes for employees.
• Training registration, administration of employee training records.
• Update HR-related SOPs & prepare HR letter.
• Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys.
• Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
• Handle Full Spectrum of HR Functions.
