Job Descriptions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices and all other handheld devices.
- Perform quality control checks and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality.
- Accurately document all repair activities, including parts used, repair procedurces, and testing outcomes.
- Maintain repair tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Contribute to achieving store KPIs.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required; comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
- Experience in repairing various types of mobile devices would be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Mandarin speaking would be ideal.
- 6 days work week with 1 off day per week.
- Work location: East or West.
