This position reports to the director and cooperate with staff in different departments. Kinetic Car Rental was founded back in 2016 to meet the rising demand for car leasing services in Singapore. Our vision is to provide quality cars and quality service for our customers.

• Specific Responsibilities:
• Work closely with top management to set organization target, policies, SOPs.
• Oversee operation to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety regulations, implementation policies and guidelines.
• Establish strategic plans for operation; prepare and complete action plans, quality and customer-service standards and resolve problems.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Analyse with sales & marketing department on trends and develop business plan for car leasing.
• Forecast for departmental budgets and generate ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
• Inspire and motivate employees through on implementing the attractive incentive initiatives/ compensation packages.
