Key Result Areas
- Manage the quality assurance and control of products and services to meet company and customers' expectations.
Monitor QA/QC and proper documentation for incoming materials, fabrication, and production for
overseas projects
- Prepare inspection and test plans for façade works (Chart H)
- Prepare documents and procedures for inspection/certification
- Implement schedule to ensure QC Inspectors carry out their duties timely and correctly
- Assign proper checking tools for QC Inspectors
- Identify training opportunities for QC Inspectors to attain qualification and upgrade in their jobs
- Assign work checklist and test plan to QC Inspectors
- Organize and implement QMS and audit, including ISO
- Inspect the proper documentation and filing of QA/QC documents
- Search for source information related to QA/QC matters
- Ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers and vendors
Analyse products and services provided by suppliers and vendors
- Inspect key material supplies such as aluminium, extrusions and glass
- Examine prototypes provided by suppliers and vendors
- Supervise the information of supplies in QA/QC systems and inspection records.
- Attain high QA/QC in manufacturing and installation processes and methods.
- Analyse manufacturing and installation processes and methods
- Inspect method statement and safety risk assessment
- Check tools, equipment calibration procedures and records
Educational Qualifications
- General education/Diploma in QA/QC
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in façade industry with good knowledge in product
specifications, reading drawings, industry standards, design, engineering, fabrication,
installation and quality.
