Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures.
• Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee product inspection and testing processes to ensure compliance with industry and client specification standards.
• Develop quality control plans and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits by clients and certification bodies.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation, including reports and certificates.
• Identify areas for quality improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in Heat Exchangers, and Pressure Vessels.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME Code, ASME Code Stamp and other relevant standards.
• Proven experience in quality management and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
