Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO-compliant QMS. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (or other applicable ISO standards) and regulatory requirements. Prepare for and manage ISO audits (internal and external). Work with auditors and certification bodies for ISO certification and re-certification. Establish and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure proper document control and record-keeping in line with ISO requirements. Develop and execute the internal audit program to assess compliance with ISO standards. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to quality and compliance. Train employees on ISO requirements, quality standards, and best practices. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes. Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and improve supplier quality and ensure compliance with quality standards. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience: 5 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA role. Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other relevant ISO certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards. Experience in audits, CAPA, and process improvement. Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
