Overall job objectives
Assisting the sales team in contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have up-to-date sales and marketing collaterals.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Organise delivery logistics to customers
Prepare and pack orders correctly for delivery
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Monitor and organize inventory and track products for sale
Creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
General administrative work
Adhoc duties as required
Job specifications
Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Administration role is preferred
Team player with a positive learning attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel to generate reports
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, results oriented and pays attention to detail
Key deliverables
Efficient and professional sales coordination skills
Handle sales orders and meeting project deadlines
Generate reports for Business Development department
