Salary: up to $3800

Location: Pioneer

Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Working Hour

8.30am to 5.45pm - Mondays to Thursdays

8.30am to 5.15pm -Fridays

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Organise internships, overseas programmes, and work-study schemes.
  • Assign internship supervisors and coordinate marks submission.
  • Prepare reports for management and authorities.
  • Coordinate with the global education office on exchanges.
  • Evaluate and process course matching requests.
  • Update records and handle credit transfers.
  • Update management on streaming status and handle appeals.
  • Manage leave requests, withdrawals, and re-admissions.
  • Handle credit transfers

Requirements

  • Min degree in any field
  • Prior experience in administrative roles will be advantageous
