Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress

What You'll Do

• Manage orders - use the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Know the menu - be familiar with all dishes and drinks so you can answer questions and make recommendations.
• Upsell with ease - suggest food and beverage options naturally and help guests discover their favorites.
• Keep the flow going - clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth service.
• Stay clean and organized - uphold high cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the team - take on any additional tasks related to service and cleanliness as directed by management.
