Sales Assistant

Job Description

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Support the operations team to ensure high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cash flow projections.
• Prepare monthly reports on operational performance and cost analysis.
• Handle a full range of contract administration tasks, including quotations, costing, tender preparation, and contract documentation.
• Provide support on contractual matters and assist in the preparation of claims.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and workflow improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of full-time working experience.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and clients.

Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Must be contactable via mobile phone 24/7 during the engagement period, including weekends and public holidays.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and handle ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Independent, responsible, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure.

Experience in the construction or elevator industry will be a strong advantage
