Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Operations Manager, located in Singapore. The Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the catering services, ensuring high-quality food and service standards. Key tasks include managing staff, coordinating with clients for event planning, handling logistics, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role will also involve developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Management skills including experience in team leadership and staff supervision
• Operational expertise in catering or F&B industry, with a focus on logistics and event coordination
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 license
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry
• Higher Nitec in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
