Lift Technical Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing lifts and escalators operation, equipment maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization services
• Recommend and plan for the repair, replacement of lift parts that are not under the schedule of rates
• Perform fault trending analysis and monitoring of lift units
• Schedule and arrange for investigations on chronic or problematic lift units and update on findings and action taken.
• Schedule and arrange for certification audits for the lift permit to operate.
• Prepare monthly report to the client for scoring for Lift faults and downtime, along with necessary corrective or improvement measure required.
• To ensure operations are conducted in accordance with the risk’s management frame work and safety protocols for a safe work environment.
• Conducting of Monthly meeting with contractors
• Scheduling of the lift and escalator servicing.
• Supervise and assist the consultant for lift full replacement and modernization

Requirements

• Diploma in an M&E discipline
• 5 years relevant experience in related Lift & Escalator industry or its equivalent.
