M&E Drafter

Roles & Responsibilities Job Description

•  Preparation of MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawing;
•  Candidate will require to draw for Building services, eg Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc.
•  Produce accurate CAD drawing according to project requirements;
•  Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specificationsand requirements
•  To assist in coordinating all MEP services drawings related toarchitectural, structural, landscape and interior design.
•  Perform file management on a regular basis.

Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
•  Minimum years of work experience in MEP field, preferably in building construction industry;
•  Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in MEP Revit;
•  Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with projectteam, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities.
•  Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
