Job Posting for executive, project support at Kingsmen
A Day In The Life:
Manage general administrative matters
Issue invoices and credit note, raise purchase orders and manage account receivables
Assist in tender submissions
Assist project team on administrative duties
Render operational assistance on-site when required
Prepare, manage and facilitate sales quotation and relevant sales process documentation
Update client database
Collate and assist in the closure of project reports, payment requisitions and claims
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences
Coordinate meetings and take minutes
Prepare and disseminate newsletters, update website
Issue and replenish stationery and office supplies
Ensure that the office equipment are in good working condition
Perform any other ad hoc duties
Who We Are Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualification.
