Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Singapore. As the Customer Experience Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a positive and personalized experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist and handle day-to-day ticketing & admission enquiries.

2. Assist and handle event booking & enquiries.

3. Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.

4. Coordinate and liaise with execution team to align understanding and resolve issues that arise.

5. Take the extra mile to engage customer, Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

6. Analyse the data from enquiries and prepare report & recommendation.


Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field.

2. Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

3. Able to communicate fluent in both English & Mandarin.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

6. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

8. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

9. Flexibility to work in shifts or handle after-hours support if required.


Qualifications Requirements

1. At least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate


Technical Competencies

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point.
