Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing business needs, designing technical solutions, and guiding project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead application implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

Analyze complex business processes and recommend application-based solutions.

Provide technical and functional expertise for application customization and integration.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.

Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and new technologies.

Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.

Stay updated on emerging application technologies and trends to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in application consulting, implementation, or similar roles.

Strong expertise in enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) and related technologies.

Proficiency in database management and scripting languages.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Project management experience is a plus.
